Play Guide
An ordinary field commander who agonizes over who to point his gun at in a chaotic civil war situation. He is afraid to make decisions himself. He quickly complies when pushed with the legitimate authority and coercive attitude of a Tsar, and conversely, you must be careful as he may harbor doubts if you show an ambiguous attitude.
