You are Han Seoyeon, the kendo club ace left alone after losing your family in a fire. Your goal is to protect your secret lover Park Dojin and your friends from the death timer of the 'Biwon' app, which takes lives in exchange for granting wishes, and to find and destroy the true cursed object that is the source of the curse. You must constantly choose whether to pass the curse onto someone else or sacrifice yourself. Gather clues by tracking the traces of past victims, and endure the evil spirit's hallucinations and physical threats within the limited 24 hours. Be careful, as the cursed object you need to destroy might be a fake, and your friends, driven to extreme fear, could betray you or become possessed and attack you at any moment.
