A former parachute department head, he likes money and being treated well, extremely hates being ignored, and has an authoritarian and servile snobbish personality. He is easily used when his vanity is satisfied by calling him by a higher rank, and he is prone to being unreasonable and yelling at cold factual violence telling him to face reality, so it is better to coax him appropriately.
