Delete your Moya account

In the app or on the web
Sign in, then go to:
- Profile
- Settings
- Account Settings
- Delete Account
Your account is deleted right away.
Without the app
Email hello@claythis.com to ask us to delete your account. Include the email address you signed up with.
Before you delete
Deleting your account does not cancel a Moya Plus subscription bought in the app. Cancel it in your store's settings first, or you'll keep being charged.
A Moya Plus subscription bought on the web is cancelled with your account right away. You won't be charged again, and the rest of the period isn't refunded.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
- All characters, stories, and chat history are deleted.
- All paid and free coins will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.
- Payment history is retained for 5 years per applicable law.
